LICENSURE BY VIRTUE OF PRIVILEGE AND CHANGE OF RESIDENCY
UNDER PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING LICENSURE COMPACT:
Public comments will be accepted starting March 20, 2026, and will end on June 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. A request for a public hearing may be requested within 15 days of publication of these rules in the Register by submitting a request in writing to:

Interested persons may electronically submit written comments on the proposed rule to ncfaq@ncblcmhc.org with the subject line “Compact rule comment” or by attending the meeting at which the rule will be discussed and voted on.
Written comments on the proposed rules must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm ET on June 15, 2026.
