NCBLCMHC: Impaired Professionals Program Requirements
Public comments will be accepted starting August 21, 2025, and will end on November 14 , 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET. A request for public hearing may be requested within 15 days of publication of these rules in the Register by submitting a request in writing to:
Interested persons may electronically submit written comments on the proposed rule to ncfaq@ncblcmhc.org with the subject line “IPP rule comment” or by attending the meeting at which the rule will be discussed and voted on.
Written comments on the proposed rules must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm ET on November 14, 2025.
Counseling Compact: Data Set Requirement Updates
Public comments will be accepted starting August 7th, 2025, and will end on September 9, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. MT, unless a public hearing is specifically requested.
Interested persons may electronically submit written comments on the proposed rule to executivedirector@counselingcompact.gov with the subject line “CCC rule comment” or by attending the meeting at which rule will be discussed and voted on.
Written comments on the proposed rule must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm MT on September 9, 2025.
